Waitress / F&B Captain – 4-Star Hotel

About the role

A 4-star hotel in Dubai is looking for a professional, friendly and service-oriented Waitress and F&B Captain to join its Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate delivers excellent dining experiences, provides attentive service and ensures every guest receives a high standard of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, and serve food and drinks according to the hotel's service standards.
• Know the menu, ingredients and available beverages, and give recommendations and respond to guest requests professionally.
• Keep tables and service areas clean, organised and properly set.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth service.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and report them to the supervisor when needed.
• Follow hygiene, health, safety and hotel service standards, and support the wider F&B team when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or similar hospitality environment; 4-star or 5-star hotel experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, and a professional, well-groomed, positive personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

What we offer

• Salary of AED 1,000 for the Waitress and AED 1,800 for the Captain.
• Meal allowance of AED 200.
• Service charge, accommodation and transportation provided.
