About the role

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to join our client’s team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in developing, customizing, integrating, and administering Zoho applications to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Zoho Creator (Low‑Code Platform).
• Customize and manage Zoho CRM modules, workflows, blueprints, automation, and reports.
• Administer and optimize Zoho Projects for project tracking and team collaboration.
• Configure and support Zoho Desk to enhance customer support operations.
• Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third‑party systems and APIs.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision‑making.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end‑user support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Zoho Development and 2 years in Zoho Administration.
• Certification in Zoho Creator (e.g., Zoho Certified CRM Developer, Zoho Creator Certified Associate/Developer, Zoho Advanced Analytics).
