About the role

The Faculty of Finance & Accounts is seeking an Assistant Professor to join its teaching team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This position focuses on delivering high‑quality finance and accounting education to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, seminars, tutorials, and workshops in line with the approved curriculum and timetables.
• Design and update lesson plans, learning materials, and teaching resources aligned with programme learning outcomes.
• Apply inclusive and student‑centred teaching methodologies.
• Design, administer, and mark formative and summative assessments in accordance with institutional policies.
• Provide timely, constructive, and developmental feedback to students.
• Ensure assessment practices comply with academic integrity, fairness, and moderation requirements.
• Participate in internal and external moderation processes.
