Bilingual Social Media Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Social Media Manager to train AI chatbots in both English and Arabic. You will create, test, and refine conversational scenarios to help improve the logical reasoning and overall quality of the models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct diverse, complex conversations with AI chatbots in Arabic and English.
• Measure chatbot progress, evaluate logic, and identify performance gaps.
• Write novel dialogue scripts to teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Assess the correctness and relevance of AI outputs and provide feedback for improvement.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
• Demonstrated knowledge of linguistics at an expert level.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
