Brand Host (UAE National)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Host to represent our brand and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As the face of the brand at stores, events and activations, you will engage visitors, promote our products and services, and help increase brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide clear information about products, services and brand offerings.
• Maintain brand image, grooming standards and presentation at all times.
• Assist customers in product selection, answer inquiries and support sales targets.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products where appropriate.
• Participate in brand activations, events and promotional campaigns.
• Distribute promotional materials and collect customer feedback.
• Ensure the display area is clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the team as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma, diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
• UAE national status.
