Charge Nurse – Discovery Gardens Clinic

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is looking for an experienced Charge Nurse to lead the nursing team at the Discovery Gardens Clinic in Dubai. The role combines clinical expertise with supervisory responsibilities to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to maintain optimal clinic operations and patient flow.
• Coordinate daily nursing assignments and allocate resources effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing team members to uphold high clinical standards.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection‑control standards and HealthHub policies.
• Monitor patient care delivery and drive continuous quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Support clinic management in achieving operational, quality and patient‑satisfaction targets.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and oversee adherence to nursing protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Participate in audits, accreditation activities and staff competency assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid DHA Registered Nurse licence.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role such as charge nurse, head nurse or nursing team leader.
• Experience supervising nursing teams in a clinic, polyclinic, outpatient or hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of DHA standards, infection‑control and clinical governance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a fast‑paced multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
