About the role
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead deep‑cleaning projects across our building portfolio in Al Quoz 4, Dubai. The role involves managing daily cleaning activities, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and coordinating a team of cleaning staff while using a company vehicle for site visits.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning operations of buildings and sites.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to cleaning staff.
- Maintain quality standards and enforce safety compliance.
- Report site activities, inventory needs, and any issues to management.
- Drive the company vehicle for site visits as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience in building cleaning or deep cleaning.
- Valid manual driving licence.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
