Consultant Plastic & Aesthetic Surgeon

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Plastic & Aesthetic Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering high‑quality reconstructive and cosmetic procedures with a strong focus on patient safety and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive consultations, assessments, and individualized treatment plans for plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic procedures.
• Perform a wide range of surgical interventions, including facial aesthetic surgery, breast procedures, body contouring, scar revision, and trauma reconstruction.
• Conduct pre‑operative and post‑operative assessments, manage complications, and ensure timely follow‑up care.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, dermatologists, nurses, and other specialists to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, adhere to infection control and patient safety standards, and participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Specialist qualification in Plastic Surgery and a valid consultant‑level license in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Significant post‑specialization experience performing a broad spectrum of cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ethical, patient‑centered practice.
