About the role
We are seeking a Contact Centre Associate to deliver professional phone‑based customer service for Commercial Bank of Dubai in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves handling inbound calls, addressing inquiries, and promoting bank products while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Answer all incoming customer calls with quality and productivity.
- Identify and convert sales opportunities through cross‑selling and lead generation.
- Provide accurate product information and follow up on customer requests.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Update and verify customer data in the CRM system.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with AML and bank security policies.
- Achieve defined quality, productivity, and sales KPI targets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
