Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

About the role

This role manages end-to-end corporate and international tax client engagements, covering advisory, compliance and litigation support. It suits someone who can work with multinational clients across industries in a multicultural environment and lead several client projects at once.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client engagements across corporate and international tax, including advisory, compliance and litigation support.
• Provide tax advisory on international tax and transfer pricing, including treaty interpretation, cross-border structuring and inter-company agreements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders such as C-suite executives and group tax leads.
• Identify and convert opportunities for new or expanded service offerings within existing client relationships.
• Build and maintain strong internal collaboration across service lines and geographies.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance culture.
• Draft high-quality deliverables such as tax memoranda, reports, opinions and client correspondence.

Required profile

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in corporate and international taxation, ideally including experience in the GCC.
• CA / CPA / ACCA / CTA / ADIT / LLM in Taxation or other equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation and a client-centric mindset.
