Country Manager – TikTok LIVE Agency

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Country Manager to lead our TikTok LIVE agency in Dubai. You will inherit an established team and creator roster, taking full responsibility for performance, people, and market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the country’s P&L, revenue targets and overall business performance.
• Lead, coach and hold the existing team of agents accountable to clear goals.
• Review and optimise team structure to improve coverage and results.
• Drive creator recruitment, onboarding and growth of the roster in both quality and size.
• Set and enforce creator performance benchmarks (LIVE days, hours, revenue).
• Track creator and agent performance weekly and act on under‑performance.
• Refine compensation and commission structures for creators and internal teams.
• Identify high‑potential creators early and build tailored growth plans.
• Improve internal workflows, reporting and operational processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with the TikTok LIVE team and report to senior management.

Required profile

• 3+ years in talent management, influencer marketing, live streaming or a creator agency.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team.
• Track record of owning targets and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of TikTok LIVE or similar platforms.
• Data‑driven with comfort using performance metrics and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with creators and partners.
• Highly organised with strong execution and follow‑through.
• Fluency in the local language and English.
