Demand Supply Planning Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will own the regional demand forecasting process for Rituals Middle East, translating commercial plans and market insights into SKU‑level inventory requirements. You will lead the demand planning function within S&OP, balancing product availability with inventory productivity across all GCC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly demand review, develop accurate forecasts across brands, SKUs, countries, stores and channels, and drive continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies.
• Optimize inventory by managing replenishment from European distribution centres, monitoring stock availability, weeks of cover, ageing inventory and mitigating risks such as shelf‑life, expiry and obsolete stock.
• Lead the demand review within the S&OP process, ensuring alignment with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, Marketing and Retail Operations, and proactively highlight demand‑supply risks.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports on forecast performance, inventory health and key business risks, and improve planning tools and data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance or related field.
• 6‑9 years of experience in demand planning, S&OP, inventory optimization or related supply‑chain roles, preferably in beauty, retail or consumer goods.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyse category, product and market performance and translate insights into actions.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills across regional and global teams.
