Dental Receptionist

About the role

You will manage patient communication from the first enquiry through to booked appointments and beyond, ensuring a full schedule and a high level of patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, and website forms.
• Convert inquiries into booked consultations and treatments.
• Manage the clinic schedule, including bookings, confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations.
• Follow up with leads who haven’t booked and with patients after consultations and treatments.
• Send appointment reminders to reduce no‑shows.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the CRM/booking system.
• Coordinate daily with dentists and the clinical team on schedule changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a receptionist or patient coordinator in a dental or medical clinic in the UAE.
• Fluent English, written and spoken (mandatory).
• Confident communication on WhatsApp Business, email, and phone with a fast, professional, and warm tone.
• Organised, proactive about follow‑ups, and comfortable working to booking targets.
