Executive Director, Corporate Banking Group

About the role

The Executive Director will lead the Corporate Banking Group in Dubai & North East, managing large account portfolios and high‑value client relationships. This senior position focuses on driving revenue, maintaining credit quality, and delivering exceptional service to UAE national clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client financials, industries, and markets to identify opportunities and risks.
• Originate new business across banking products, develop term sheets, information memoranda, and negotiate deals.
• Collaborate with credit, product, and risk teams to resolve transaction risks and ensure compliance.
• Expand the bank’s network through cross‑border deals and strategic alliances with top developers and authorities.
• Maintain portfolio credit quality and achieve financial targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Prepare and update account plans, support periodic credit reviews, and recommend appropriate credit facilities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate banking, preferably with large‑scale portfolios.
• Strong understanding of credit, market, and operational risk management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex transactions.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with key decision‑makers in banking and corporate sectors.
