Fashion Marketing Manager

About the role

Chanel is seeking a Fashion Marketing Manager to lead the client‑marketing strategy across its Middle East boutiques. Reporting to the Fashion Director, you will translate global fashion vision into actionable, boutique‑level initiatives and support the regional retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Middle East fashion marketing strategy in line with global and European guidelines.
• Partner with Boutique Directors to embed a client‑centric mindset and define boutique‑specific engagement plans.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor the regional marketing budget.
• Collaborate with Global and European marketing teams to ensure synergy and alignment.
• Implement innovative in‑store client services together with Operations, CED, and Learning teams.
• Drive a clienteling culture, set objectives for each boutique, and monitor performance.
• Manage service measurement programs and track client satisfaction indicators such as Pulse Index and Voice of Client surveys.
• Define and execute action plans to achieve service excellence.
• Deploy strategic client data projects and tools (Pioneer, Carat) and ensure their adoption.
• Introduce and champion new digital client‑experience tools (Waitwhile, inchanel) across boutiques.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fashion or luxury retail marketing, preferably within the Middle East.
• Strong client‑centric orientation and ability to work closely with boutique teams.
• Leadership experience managing a small team.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional language proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with global and European stakeholders.
