Full-time Nurse – On-site at Nova Medical Center

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Nova Medical Center in Al Ain. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality patient care, support physicians and specialists, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for patients and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, monitor vital signs and document clinical observations.
• Administer medications, treatments and basic life support as required.
• Assist physicians, dentists and other specialists during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and ensure strict infection-control standards.
• Maintain accurate medical records and contribute to coordinated multidisciplinary care.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and answer health-related inquiries.

Required profile

• Relevant nursing qualification (diploma or degree) and current UAE licensure or eligibility.
• Experience in clinic, hospital or outpatient settings; experience in multidisciplinary medical or dental centers is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages are an asset.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Al Ain with flexible shift coverage.
