Group Head - Reward

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Group Head - Reward to lead Total Rewards, Performance Management and Workforce Planning across its network of schools in Abu Dhabi. The role will shape competitive reward practices, performance frameworks and workforce strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead group reward, performance, workforce planning and organisation design strategies.
• Oversee total reward components including salary structures, benefits, incentives and executive remuneration.
• Own job evaluation, grading and job architecture frameworks.
• Lead performance management framework, objective setting, reviews and calibration.
• Drive strategic workforce planning, capacity analysis and scenario modelling.
• Provide workforce analytics, market benchmarking and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Guide, supervise and develop the reward team and manage benefits programmes.

Required profile

• Senior HR leadership experience (Senior Manager level or above) in an organisation of 1,000+ employees.
• 5+ years experience in reward or 7+ years generalist HR experience with strong expertise in reward, performance management and workforce planning.
• Proven experience in job evaluation using recognised methodology (e.g., Hay, WTW).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field; HR qualification (CIPD, SHRM) or WorldatWork certification preferred.
• Experience leading company‑wide compensation and benefits reviews, performance initiatives and workforce planning programmes.
