About the role
A hotel belonging to the Accor network, which groups more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations, is looking for a Head Mixologist to lead its bar team and create an exceptional beverage experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily bar operations and lead the bar team
- Design and update cocktail menus, including signature creations
- Maintain excellent service standards and guest engagement
- Monitor stock levels, control costs and manage supplier orders
- Train and develop bartenders to ensure consistent quality
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and hotel policies
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
Required profile
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
