Head of Content

About the role

Chairon House is building a performance and social wellness destination in Dubai and needs a Head of Content to create a high‑volume, creator‑led content engine. The role is central to the business, driving organic reach, paid acquisition and cultural relevance across short‑form platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a high‑volume content engine, testing dozens of hooks, formats and creative angles weekly.
• Recruit, negotiate with and manage a network of UGC creators, editors and influencers, building scalable compensation models.
• Translate internet culture insights into repeatable, viral content formats and TikTok Live concepts.
• Develop and run a paid creative testing program, collaborating with media specialists to track performance metrics.
• Explore and activate distribution channels including TikTok/Reels, clipping, affiliate programs and emerging platforms.

Required profile

• Deep native understanding of TikTok and internet culture, with proven success scaling short‑form accounts.
• Experience recruiting and managing creator networks and producing high‑volume UGC.
• Ability to analyse performance data, iterate quickly and link creative output to paid acquisition results.
• Hands‑on capability to shoot, edit and publish content without relying on external agencies.
