Health & Safety Manager (Remote)

About the role

The Health & Safety Manager at LightHouseTV.nl works remotely on a part‑time basis, shaping and overseeing health, safety and environmental policies for the organisation. You will ensure safe content creation and remote work environments by reviewing procedures, assessing risks and maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor health, safety and environmental policies across all activities.
• Review operational procedures, assess risks and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Conduct virtual inspections and coordinate accident investigations, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
• Train team members on safety practices, maintain accurate records and advise leadership on improvements.

Required profile

• Strong background in Health & Safety, Occupational Health and EHS regulations.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and documentation abilities.
• Effective communication skills and experience training remote teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage part‑time remote responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
• Relevant degree or certification in Occupational Health, Safety Management or related field is beneficial; media or broadcasting experience is a plus.
