About the role
Join the hotel team to ensure the public areas are clean, well‑maintained and provide memorable experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, train and schedule the housekeeping team to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of checkout rooms, occupied rooms and public areas.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues and facility concerns.
- Plan and oversee deep‑cleaning projects and special housekeeping initiatives.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper upkeep of housekeeping equipment.
- Deliver excellent guest service, handling VIP and special requests.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and creating warm guest experiences.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork and ownership mindset.
- Ability to act with urgency and discipline in a fast‑paced environment.
