Influencer Marketing & Brand Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and organized Influencer Marketing & Brand Coordinator to join our marketing team in Dubai. You will act as the bridge between our brand and external creators, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and align with our visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and brand partners for campaign execution.
• Arrange product shoots, videos, reels, and other campaign materials.
• Support the Marketing Supervisor in daily marketing activities.
• Prepare products and samples for photoshoots and influencer collaborations.
• Follow up with influencers before, during, and after campaigns, including content approvals.
• Attend events, exhibitions, and brand activations as required.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to provide content updates and campaign assets.
• Assist in selecting visuals, styling, locations, and creative concepts.
• Ensure all brand activities adhere to company image and standards.
• Create behind‑the‑scenes content for social media.
• Prepare simple reports on influencer activities and campaign results.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand coordination, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Creative eye for visuals, styling, and content.
• Organised with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in perfumes, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors is preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Open to any nationality.
