Senior Manager – Internal Control & Business Support

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead financial effect analysis for expansion projects, automate reporting with BI tools, and oversee internal control and risk management frameworks for SSMC.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate financial modeling and Financial Effect Analysis (FEA) with relevant departments and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports for management decision‑making and support costing exercises for services and new projects.
• Act as primary finance contact on major expansion projects, tracking actual expenses against approved budgets.
• Develop, automate and maintain BI reports using Qlik Sense and train end‑users.
• Manage the internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) framework and ensure compliance with international standards.
• Monitor tax changes, regulatory requirements and maintain finance and accounting policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• Professional qualification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CA or CFA.
• 5‑7 years of progressive experience in a similar finance role, preferably in a large healthcare facility.
