Marketing & Communications Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager – F&B will lead property‑level communication initiatives for a luxury hotel, promoting food and beverage offerings to guests and local patrons across traditional, digital and social channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communication, you will help shape brand perception, drive consumer awareness and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual F&B marketing plan in collaboration with the GM, Food & Beverage leader, Operations and regional marketing teams.
• Design and launch targeted promotions and campaigns that drive incremental revenue from in‑house guests and local customers.
• Act as the liaison with advertising agencies to manage creative and media plans for F&B campaigns.
• Oversee media schedules, ensure timely delivery of assets and monitor performance metrics.
• Coordinate with eCommerce and digital teams to integrate social, digital and PR activities with overall sales strategy.
• Measure success through sales impact, social media engagement and brand awareness indicators.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience in hospitality marketing, digital advertising or an agency environment is preferred.
