Marketing Executive - Digital & Patient Engagement

About the role

Prime Healthcare Group LLC is hiring a full-time Marketing Executive in Dubai within its Marketing department. The role plans and runs digital marketing campaigns to support brand visibility and patient acquisition, and coordinates with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run digital campaigns across social media, Google, SMS and email
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for timely rollout of marketing initiatives
• Create healthcare-compliant content for digital platforms, print materials and events
• Use Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads to schedule, monitor and optimise campaigns
• Manage social media channels, including engagement, reviews and timely responses
• Update and optimise website content using a CMS with basic SEO
• Lead events, webinars and PR activities, including media placements and influencer collaborations
• Oversee patient engagement programmes such as loyalty, awareness and retention campaigns
• Analyse and report marketing KPIs with recommendations for improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably digital, healthcare or patient engagement
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus
