Marketing Intern

About the role

Sharq is an early‑stage AI company building sovereign AI solutions for enterprises and governments in the GCC and MENA. As a Marketing Intern you will work on real‑world projects that directly support the company’s growth and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule LinkedIn and Instagram content that explains Sharq’s AI solutions in clear language.
• Help shape the Sharq brand across the website, social media, pitch decks and event materials.
• Design social posts, one‑pagers and visuals for client meetings and events such as GITEX and Expand North Star.
• Research the AI market, competitors and industry trends and turn findings into content and campaign ideas.
• Track performance across channels and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or a related field.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• Good eye for design and familiarity with Canva, Figma or Adobe tools.
• Understanding of social media dynamics and what makes content perform.
• Curiosity, initiative and ability to learn quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
