Marketing Manager - Brokerage & Group Support

About the role

Land Sterling is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead brokerage marketing and support its group of companies. The role focuses on building the brand, supporting property listings and helping the sales team attract buyers, sellers and brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver the brokerage marketing calendar with sales leadership, covering listings, seller acquisition, buyer enquiries and broker recruitment.
• Manage brokerage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and the website, ensuring accurate listings, clear calls‑to‑action and timely enquiry handovers.
• Develop listing brochures, just‑sold/just‑rented templates, seller presentations and brand‑focused materials.
• Brief and coordinate property shoots, broker profiles and high‑quality video content, including regular Stories and training videos.
• Coordinate events, influencer partnerships and marketing materials for the group, maintaining consistent brand voice.
• Create website improvement plans for conversion, SEO and retention, and own content updates.
• Manage paid promotions, monitor spend and performance, and report using GA4, campaign tagging and CRM data.
• Coordinate corporate and CSR activities in Dubai, handling proposals, delivery and follow‑up.

Required profile

• At least five years of hands‑on marketing experience, including two years in real‑estate or property marketing.
• Proven ability to coordinate marketing across multiple departments or stakeholder groups.
• Strong English writing, editing and briefing skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with UAE property market is advantageous.

Required skills

• Practical proficiency with modern AI tools for data analysis, image generation/editing and video generation/editing.
• Experience with CMS content updates, social publishing platforms and basic SEO.
• Knowledge of GA4, campaign tracking and CRM‑based performance reporting.
• Ability to brief and manage creative production, events, influencers or agencies within approved budgets.
