Marketing Manager – Events and Exhibitions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially‑minded Marketing Manager to lead the marketing delivery for a portfolio of trade exhibitions, conferences and live‑event platforms. The role is ideal for a B2B marketer with solid experience in events, exhibitions, media or technology environments who can manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced setting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for assigned exhibitions and conferences.
• Drive audience acquisition, delegate registration and exhibitor engagement through targeted activities.
• Collaborate with Exhibition Directors and project teams to align marketing plans with commercial and growth objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery across digital, email, social media, PR, partnerships and content channels.
• Develop marketing assets and promotional materials with internal creative teams.
• Maintain campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are executed on schedule.
• Monitor performance, track key metrics and provide regular reporting with insights.
• Support lead generation and audience targeting in partnership with sales and sponsorship teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes and campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in events, exhibitions, media or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns and performance tracking.
• Comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
