Marketing & PR Manager for GCC Region

About the role

Caudalie, a French skincare brand, is seeking a Marketing & PR Manager for the GCC region, based in Dubai. You will lead marketing strategy and execution across Sephora, the brand website and Amazon, driving brand awareness and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing, media and promotional campaigns for the GCC market, ensuring flawless delivery.
• Adapt global marketing assets, create localized content, and coordinate 360° activations including merchandising, digital, sampling and partnerships.
• Manage the marketing budget, set forecasts, monitor results and communicate learnings.
• Collaborate with Beauty Advisors, sales teams and cross‑functional partners to align tools and initiatives.
• Build global communication campaigns, influencer briefs and social media content, tracking KPIs and community engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2‑3 years of experience in a similar marketing/PR role.
• Fluent English (written & oral); Arabic fluency and Middle‑East experience are strong assets.
• Background in cosmetics, trade marketing, PR, media and digital channels.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Organised, multitasking‑capable and detail‑oriented.
