Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will provide effective marketing and design support to sales and internal teams, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while driving brand visibility across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Create artwork for brochures, adverts, flyers, business cards and other collateral, preparing files for print when needed.
• Design high‑impact presentations for new‑business pitches and e‑shot designs for e‑marketing campaigns.
• Adjust artwork and sales documents to meet brand guidelines and manage multiple briefs simultaneously.
• Collaborate with sales and internal departments to understand needs and provide day‑to‑day design support.
• Plan and deliver exhibitions, events, corporate hospitality and conferences, including promotional merchandise and pre/post‑event marketing.
• Assist in writing press releases, trade articles and case studies.
• Update website content via the CMS and maintain social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in FMCG and product design.
• High School Diploma or College Degree (Marketing/Design preferred).
• Strong knowledge of marketing and design principles.
• Good leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Problem‑solving and strong organisational capabilities.
