Property Surveyor - Commercial Real Estate

About the role

JAYGEE SUN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT L.L.C is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Surveyor to identify, visit and document commercial properties available for lease across Dubai. The surveyor shares suitable leasing opportunities with the business development and leasing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and survey commercial properties available for lease
• Visit retail spaces, restaurants, offices, showrooms and warehouses
• Collect property details such as location, size, frontage, rent, parking and access
• Meet landlords, property owners, building managers and brokers
• Capture property photographs and videos and keep accurate survey records
• Identify new commercial developments and leasing opportunities
• Coordinate with the leasing and business development teams

Required profile

• Experience in property surveying, real estate or field sales is preferred
• Good knowledge of Dubai's locations and commercial districts
• Strong observation, communication and reporting skills
• Ability to conduct regular field visits and work independently
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred

Required skills

• Familiarity with Google Maps, spreadsheets and property portals
• Existing contacts with landlords, brokers or property owners are an advantage
