Organizational Development Specialist – 1 Year Contract

About the role

We are seeking a senior Organizational Development Specialist to join a leading financial organisation in Abu Dhabi on a 1‑year fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the Chief Human Capital Officer, you will act as a lead advisor responsible for maintaining the organisation’s structural integrity and building a robust talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement frameworks that secure and develop the leadership pipeline.
• Manage job evaluations and refine organisational structures to align with business objectives.
• Lead the implementation and testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the enterprise.
• Facilitate change initiatives and drive process improvements across all departments.

Required profile

• 8+ years of HR experience with a deep specialisation in Organizational Development and Talent Management.
• Background in a top‑tier consultancy (e.g., Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG) or a major multinational.
• Proven ability to thrive in a formal, high‑performance environment.
