About the role
NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead recruitment and business development activities in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and generating new business within the contracts recruitment sector, primarily focused on Oil & Gas.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to fully understand their staffing needs.
- Source and attract top talent across the region using creative sourcing methods and social media outreach.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the client portfolio and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of 360° recruitment experience in an agency environment, specifically in contracts recruitment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and think creatively.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is highly desirable.
