Outlet Manager - Arabic Cuisine

About the role

Park Hyatt Dubai is looking for an Outlet Manager for its Arabic Cuisine restaurant. The manager leads day-to-day operations, ensures exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence, and drives strong financial performance. The role works closely with culinary and operational teams to deliver service standards, revenue objectives and luxury hospitality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall outlet operations, ensuring seamless service, efficiency and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, proactive engagement and effective handling of feedback and service recovery.
• Oversee food and beverage service so that all offerings meet quality, presentation, consistency and value standards.
• Support guests and the service team on Arabic cuisine, grilled specialties, regional ingredients and beverage pairings.
• Work with culinary leadership on menu execution, seasonal promotions and specialty offerings.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, menu promotion, guest engagement and reservation and seating management.
• Analyze financial and operational performance and implement action plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Control labour costs, inventories, operating supplies and departmental expenses.
• Lead, coach and develop the outlet team, ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and company standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of Food & Beverage experience, including at least 2 years in a management role in an upscale restaurant or luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine concepts, grilled dining, regional flavours and F&B service standards.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, revenue generation and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
