Paid Search & Performance Marketing Specialist (Part-time)

About the role

Masterminds Education seeks an experienced Paid Search & Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition for its education businesses in the UAE and United States. This long‑term fractional role focuses on driving qualified enquiries, tours, applications and enrollments through Google Ads and, secondarily, Meta paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and continuously optimise Google Search campaigns across three businesses, including keyword, search‑intent, competitor and geographic analysis.
• Structure campaigns by brand, non‑brand, competitor, age‑stage, geographic and problem‑based intent; manage bidding, budgets, negative keywords, audiences and remarketing.
• Analyse search terms, eliminate low‑quality traffic and test ad copy, campaign structures and landing‑page approaches based on qualified‑lead performance.
• Manage and optimise Meta campaign structure, audiences, retargeting and paid‑social testing; oversee Meta Pixel and Conversions API implementation.
• Optimise the full admissions funnel from click to enrollment, improve lead quality and CPL, and maintain accurate tracking via GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API and CRM integrations.
• Produce concise weekly reports highlighting performance, insights and recommended actions.

Required profile

• 5+ years hands‑on experience in Google Ads and paid search, with demonstrable success generating qualified leads for high‑ticket services.
• Strong understanding of search intent, campaign architecture, audience segmentation, remarketing and conversion optimisation.
• Experience working across U.S. and international markets; UAE experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, strategic and written communication skills.
