Performance Marketing Manager – Digital Growth

About the role

Own and drive end-to-end digital growth across Shoemart’s e-commerce ecosystem, being accountable for GMV, NPBT, margins and traffic acquisition. You will manage performance marketing spend, optimise the funnel and deliver measurable ROI while controlling discounting and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital growth and acquisition, owning GMV, NPBT, margin and the full funnel (traffic, conversion, AOV) while managing paid media budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and Instagram.
• Scale the D2C platform (SMXStores.com) by blending brand and performance marketing, improving website UX, conversion and repeat‑purchase programmes.
• Support marketplace growth on Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Trendyol, Shein and similar platforms through listing optimisation and promotional campaigns.
• Drive CRM and retention initiatives using GA4 for attribution, building segmentation, automated journeys and loyalty programmes to increase LTV.
• Analyse performance, run A/B tests and translate insights into actions that boost traffic, conversion and revenue.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing or e‑commerce growth.
• Proven hands‑on expertise in performance marketing on Meta and Google platforms.
• Experience managing paid media budgets independently and delivering ROAS, CAC and conversion targets.
• Familiarity with marketplace platforms in the Middle East, India or global markets (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, etc.).
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Preferably background in retail, fashion or footwear e‑commerce.
