Production Operator – Ice Cream & Cake

About the role

The Production Operator will be responsible for preparing and producing ice‑cream products and ice‑cream cakes according to company standards. The role includes food preparation, quality control, inventory support, equipment maintenance and teamwork in a cold production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce ice‑cream products following standardized recipes and schedules.
• Assemble and decorate ice‑cream cakes to match customer orders and brand guidelines.
• Conduct quality checks, ensure food safety (HACCP) and maintain hygiene standards.
• Monitor ingredient levels, support receiving and storage, and minimise waste.
• Operate, clean and report issues on production equipment safely.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and handle peak periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in ice‑cream production, bakery, pastry or food manufacturing is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, production processes and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a cold environment and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
