Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead daily manufacturing activities at Miellat Industries in Abu Dhabi, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards. This role requires close coordination with multiple internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and a team of production workers.
• Achieve daily production targets according to the schedule.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Management teams.
• Track machines, materials, and manpower utilization.
• Identify and resolve production issues and delays.
• Maintain accurate daily production records and reports.
• Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
• Train and guide production workers to improve performance.
• Minimize material waste and enhance production efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising production or manufacturing teams.
• Strong understanding of production planning and quality control.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
