About the role
The Restaurant Manager will lead all food and beverage operations at the 2‑Michelin‑starred Niko Romito restaurant within the BVLGARI Resort Dubai. This senior position oversees culinary, restaurant, beverage and room‑service areas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, manage and monitor budgets, cost controls and financial targets for all F&B outlets.
- Lead and coach the F&B team, handling day‑to‑day operations, staffing and performance reviews.
- Ensure outstanding customer service, promptly addressing guest concerns and maintaining brand service standards.
- Oversee human‑resource activities, including training, performance management and compliance with labour regulations.
Required profile
- High school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant F&B experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality or Business Administration with 2 years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, lead teams and deliver high‑quality guest experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.
