Senior Account Executive – Integrated Marketing (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive with Arabic language proficiency to join a leading agency in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering integrated marketing campaigns for a portfolio of exciting brands, working closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, ensuring high‑quality deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the day‑to‑day point of contact.
• Collaborate with creative, content, digital, social, events, and production teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources for successful campaign delivery.
• Mentor junior team members as needed.
• Monitor campaign performance, providing regular reporting, insights, and recommendations.
• Contribute to new business opportunities through pitch preparation and client presentations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, integrated marketing, or client services within an agency.
• Experience handling consumer, government, and lifestyle brand clients.
• Proven track record of delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital, social, content, experiential marketing, and brand communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
