About the role

The Senior Director is a part‑time, remote position providing strategic leadership and oversight across key functions. You will set long‑term goals, align initiatives with organizational priorities, and ensure projects deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate long‑term strategic objectives and align them with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive critical decision‑making.
• Guide budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Review progress reports, mentor managers, and identify operational risks and opportunities.
• Establish best practices, refine processes, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior leadership or director‑level roles with responsibility for strategy and cross‑functional coordination.
• Strong organizational management skills, including goal setting, performance oversight, and resource prioritization.
• Excellent relationship‑building, stakeholder influence, and clear communication abilities.
• Track record of leading remote or distributed teams and maintaining alignment in a virtual environment.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, management, public administration, or equivalent experience.
