Senior Marketing Lead – Automotive (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Lead with Arabic language skills to drive the marketing function for our automotive trading business in the UAE. You will shape and execute the overall marketing strategy, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our brand presence across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with sales targets.
• Lead all digital and traditional campaigns, managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Design and optimise lead‑generation programmes and CRM workflows.
• Oversee social media, content creation, branding, and online presence.
• Monitor media‑buy performance, optimise ROI, CAC, CPL and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the UAE automotive market.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Prepare performance dashboards and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers and partners.
• Plan and execute campaigns for new and used vehicle launches.
• Analyse campaign results and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Build and develop the marketing team as the function expands.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong hands‑on experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent English communication skills and Arabic proficiency.
• Good understanding of the UAE automotive market.
