About the role
The Senior Officer – Staff Accommodation Relations is responsible for fostering positive relationships between customers and the organization, handling complaints, and ensuring smooth service delivery within the Communities Affairs unit. This role acts as a key liaison, guiding customers through processes, educating them on regulations, and supporting renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and improvement of One‑Stop‑Shop processes to deliver world‑class customer service.
- Resolve day‑to‑day operational issues related to internal and external customer relations.
- Stay updated on services, rules, and regulations offered by Communities Affairs and educate customers accordingly.
- Maintain high‑quality interactions throughout the entire customer journey.
- Re‑emphasize customer rights and responsibilities and promote additional services.
- Follow up on renewal processes and ensure timely implementation.
- Collaborate with customers and internal sections to close transactions efficiently.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 1–4 years of experience in stakeholder management and customer service within a commercial environment.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
