Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives, partnering with hiring managers and clients to attract top talent across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria, and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct headhunting and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and drive the selection process with stakeholders.
• Prepare and negotiate offers in partnership with HR or clients, ensuring timely acceptance.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and offer acceptance rate, and produce regular progress reports.
• Support employer branding activities, represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in both agency and corporate settings.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques and interview methodologies.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
