About the role

A leading construction firm in Dubai is looking for a skilled Scaffolder to join its on‑site team. The role involves assembling, maintaining and dismantling scaffolding systems on various building projects while ensuring strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications.
• Inspect erected scaffolds for stability, compliance with safety regulations and correct assembly.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate scaffold placement and adjustments.
• Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any defects or safety concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to work at heights on active construction sites.
• Immediate availability and willingness to start promptly.
• Basic secondary education; no prior formal experience required, though experience is advantageous.

Required skills

• Knowledge of scaffolding components, assembly methods and safety procedures.
• Ability to assess scaffold stability and perform safety inspections.
• Understanding of working‑at‑height regulations and relevant safety certifications (preferred).
