Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, ensuring high‑quality hires and a positive candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers and the broader talent acquisition team to meet business hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, from requisition approval to offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, databases, social media, employee referrals and other channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
• Support employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, social media campaigns, and campus events.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness) and recommend process improvements.
• Promote Emiratization, diversity and inclusion through unbiased sourcing and selection.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
