About the role
The Workshop Supervisor will lead the planning, execution and supervision of maintenance, fabrication and repair activities in ADNOC Drilling's workshop. The role ensures equipment availability, reliability and compliance with HSE standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and supervise installation, maintenance, repair and testing of mechanical stationary equipment and piping structures.
- Allocate resources, organise tools and materials, and monitor progress to meet safety and quality standards.
- Review drawings and work orders, supervise the Tool Store, and control material requisitions.
- Train and develop workshop staff, manage budgets, and report on performance and MIS.
Required profile
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supervising workshop activities in a large industrial or oil‑and‑gas environment.
- Knowledge of HSE management systems, integrity and maintenance procedures.
