Account Planning Manager

About the role

OnTheList is seeking an experienced Account Planning Manager to serve as the primary liaison for brand partners and top‑tier distributors across the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for growing the brand portfolio, driving business development initiatives, and delivering seamless pop‑up and online events that maximize sales and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for brand partners and distributors throughout the collaboration lifecycle.
• Maintain and expand the brand portfolio across multiple product categories.
• Strategize and execute business‑development activities to onboard new brands or reactivate existing ones.
• Plan and manage both offline pop‑up events and online flash‑sale campaigns.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event preparation and execution.
• Oversee logistics of pop‑up events, including vendor coordination, setup, and tear‑down.
• Manage inventory flow and ensure timely delivery of products for events.
• Maintain and grow current business‑partnerships by fostering meaningful relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, brand partnership, and event planning.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, sustainability‑focused environment.
