Assistant Manager Real Estate

About the role

The Assistant Manager Real Estate will develop and implement real‑estate strategies that support the expansion programmes of Americana Restaurants’ brands. The role involves negotiating development agreements, managing the equity property portfolio and ensuring cost‑effective asset management across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and hand‑over new sites for restaurant development, coordinating with construction and pipeline teams.
• Plan and execute market‑specific real‑estate strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Negotiate lease terms, rent reductions, renewals and rating appeals while monitoring property costs.
• Manage relationships with landlords, developers, investment funds and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee legal, planning and financial due‑diligence for acquisitions and ensure compliance with local property law and tax regulations.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Business Management or related field; 5‑8 years of relevant experience, preferably with postgraduate qualifications.
• High professional integrity, strong commercial acumen and ability to handle conflict with franchisees.
• Proven track record in multi‑unit development within retail or hospitality sectors.
