Associate Director - Investor Relations & Distribution

About the role

Supporting the Head of Investor Relations and Distribution in distributing ADIB Capital’s products and services, and assisting in managing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate fund‑raising efforts for all funds with ADIB Private Banking and Priority Banking.
• Support the Head of IR & Distribution in developing and implementing marketing plans and roadshows for each fund or product launched.
• Conduct training sessions on funds for ADIB Priority / Private Banking relationship managers.
• Coordinate placement of ADIB Capital Funds on distribution platforms of other UAE and GCC banks.
• Lead fund‑raising activities targeting family offices and high‑net‑worth individuals in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait and Qatar.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience selling funds and structured products.
• Strong technical understanding of various asset classes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Established relationships with family offices across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries.
